Activity found in monitoring trap under triple sink. Corrective Action(s): Reviewed pest control report with manager from June 2023. Continue with licenced pest control and monitoring. Seal all holes where pests may enter. Keep all food covered and in pest proof bins. Clean and sanitize surfaces every morning and clean up food spills daily. Violation Score: 9 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Food and dirt noted on shelves under hand sink, on floor in corners and hard to reach areas. Corrective Action(s): Keep kitchen clean. Deep clean kitchen on a regular basis and follow a written, routine cleaning schedule. Violation Score: 9
