Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection no approved food contact surface sanitizer prepared and available for use. Gravity flow quats dispenser not in good working order, quats not being dispensed at 200ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure during operation a 100ppm chlorine or 200ppm quats sanitizer solution is prepared and available for use. Instructed staff to prepare a 100ppm chlorine sanitizer solution.

- Replace the gravity flow dispenser and ensure quats is dispensed at 200ppm. Correct immediately.
