Routine inspection was conducted with follow up to foodborne illness complaint.

- The facility is equipped with hot & cold running water
- Handsinks are stocked
- All fish products are supplied frozen, except for "Atlantic Salmon"
- Temperatures of refrigeration units meet regulatory requirements (<4C coolers, <-18C freezers)
- High temp dishwasher achieved sanitizing temperature of 71C at plate's surface
- 100ppm chlorine sanitizer available in multiple locations *Ensure to change the solution more frequently during operation
- Ensure to clean and sanitize cutting boards every 4 hours during operation
- Foods stored in the showcase cooler have high turnover rate
- Observed some flies, but no significant pest activity noted during inspection; pest control service comes in every 2 weeks
- FOODSAFE trained employees present

* Blackened ceiling tiles need cleaning/replacement.
* Remove cloth from the tab in the dishwashing sink. This may promote bacterial growth.
