Observation: The manager has a valid Foodsafe Level 1 Certificate but had to attend to one of the other stores due to staff shortage. No one else had a valid Foodsafe Level 1 certificate at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): It is a legislative requirement for at least one person to have a valid Foodsafe Level 1 Certificate during all operation hours of the premise. It was suggested to the supervisor to advise the full time employees to get their Foodsafe training done.

3 compartment sink present and unobstructed (supervisor demonstrated correct steps for manual warewashing).
