-Facility is currently open on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. -Minimal amounts of food prep carried out in the kitchen. -Upright refrigerator/freezer was at 1C/-21C. -Ensure foods labelled "Keep Refrigerated" are stored at or below 4C. -High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 79C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for sanitizing). -Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Bleach sanitizer spray bottles labelled and tested at 200ppm. -General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Baked goods stored in a sanitary manner in a cabinet. -General sanitation good at the time of inspection. -FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until November 19, 2027 . -Health permit hand delivered. Ensure permit is posted in a visible location.
