Foods were stored properly.
In use wiping cloths were stored in the bucket of bleach sanitizer
Hand hygiene appeared to be satisfactory.
Ice build up in double door freezer had been removed.
Operator adjusted the thermostat of the small refrigerator beside the grill area, and at the time of inspection the temperature was -2-4 degrees Celsius.
Operator indicated the mouse droppings in the upstairs storage lockers have been cleaned up. Did not go to the storage lockers at time of inspection as operator was working alone and could not leave the restaurant unattended to go to the lockers.
