Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - BF3Q42: New counter and basin installed in the staff washroom. Hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels provided. No food products stored in the staff washroom. Back storage/receiving area thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. All items stored on pallets underneath the wooden shelves removed from premise. Reorganization complete. Traps for monitoring mice activity in place. Pest control services conducted on August 25, 2019. No leaks observed from condensation pipe for the walk in cooler fan unit. As discussed in the inspection on August 15, 2019 building is in a poor state of repair. Consider renovations or upgrades. Further non compliance may result in the issuance of Orders or violation tickets. Operator to change flooring and replace ceiling tiles.
