Comments

- Hand sinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. Ensure both hand sinks are always supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
- Floors in main production area have been cleaned - good. Ensure floors behind and under fryers and stoves are cleaned as well.
- Exhaust canopy being cleaned at time of inspection
- Bleach sanitizer solution was available in spray bottles at 200 ppm
- Dry ingredients properly covered, bins and lids were clean
- Food Safety Plan has been received
