Observation: Several live captures found today in multiple locations around store perimeter including near pet food, side door entry near receiving bay doors and in produce processing area near exterior door as reported by pest control company.
Corrective Action(s): Follow and complete all recommendations outlined in pest control company report issued from today's inspection.

Comments

Inspection done jointly with pest control tech and their supervisor as well as Wal-mart Assistant Manager and one member of staff responsible for cleaning and coordinating pest control on Wal-mart end. Walk through of areas for most recent pest activity done and potential entry points identified by pest control company. Pest control company to write up report detailing all the recommendations for Wal-mart to address to mitigate current pest infestation. Correction order issued.
