Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - AX2QFJ: Salad preparation cooler next to seafood products cooler still requires servicing. Part has been ordered by technician. No food products stored in lower section. Some salad products stored in inserts in ice bath at top. Knives stored on counters and not in spacing between counters/tables. Reminder to always stored knives and other utensils in a sanitary manner at all times. Shellfish tags available for review. Reminder to keep onsite and have available for review at all times.
