Comments

Inspection is done on Monday - facility was open for cleaning not open for operation. Operator reported that rodent issue is getting under control and they had done more spraying for cockroaches, another one is scheduled for spring.

-Temp of all coolers and freezers are satisfactory < 4 oC and <-18 oC respectively
-Pest control is on site on regular bases
- Foods and dishware are protected in sealed bin, along with take out containers
-Bleach is being used for sanitizing - not ready now.

*** Do not wash wiping cloths in the facility - take home or laundry facility
*** Do not line any dish rack or shelving with cloth towel (paper towel can be used but it must be changed frequently)
*** Increase the frequency of cleaning to maintain sanitation at satisfactory level
*** Provide the latest pest control reports ( last 4 reports) for review by the area inspector ( not on site- send via email )
*** Facility is quite old and gradual renovation is required ( walls , ceiling, shelving unit...)

Send a written action plan to address *** items and violation codes via email to the area inspector no later then Nov 30-2022 ( copy of the business card with contact information of the area inspector is provided to the owner.
