Follow up inspection:

Cleaning and Pest control:
-Previously affected floor areas had been cleaned and sanitized to remove rodent droppings.
-Facility (floor, storage areas, prep. surfaces, ventilation hood, cook line area, sinks etc.) was in a visibly clean condition at the time of inspection.
-Lids of the dry storage bins were in a clean condition.
-Pest control service was conducted by Kwality Pest Control Ltd. (KPC) on March 8, 2023 to setup traps based on the pest control report.
-Operator informed that the pest control program will be in place on a monthly basis.
-Extra cardboard boxes were removed from the food premises.
-Fly glue traps were in use in the front service area. Several flies had been caught on the sticky fly glue traps.

Food Storage:
-Previous prep. cooler that was not in good working order was removed from the food premises.
-Another prep. cooler was in use near the cook line. This prep. cooler was at or below 4 degrees C (3.4 degrees C lower component, and 3.5 degrees C for the upper component).
-Raw meat was stored on the lowest shelves of the coolers separately from ready-to-eat food.
