Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # ADIG-CD9RA3 of Apr-07-2022 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Weighing scale station room does not have a hand sink. Staff have contact with product in this room through weighing flour and ingredients. This room does have a 2-comp sink. Correction: Please install soap and paper towel dispenser at the 2-comp sink and allow staff to use this as a designated hand sink in this room. Date to be completed by: end of this month.

Facility has signage posted for designated sink usage. Facility has made employees aware to use alternate hand sink in the food processing facility. Other hand sinks are well supplied with soap and paper towels in dispensers. No issues and no further follow up is required. No signature required due to Covid19 precautions.
