Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Baked cheese bagels were displayed at room temperature for more than 4 hours.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the cheese bagels. Ensure all potentially hazardous foods (meat, dairy, chopped vegetables) are not held at room temperature for more than 2 hours. The foods must be discarded after the 2 hour limit has been reached, not returned to the cooler. Ensure holding time records are being maintained (time leaving oven and time to discard).

Comments

- Sausage rolls are now kept in cooler after baking. Small amounts (two at a time) are displayed at room temperature for no more than 2 hours. Sausage rolls that have passed the 2 hour limit are discarded. Ensure records are kept for any potentially hazardous foods to be displayed at room temperature.
- 200 ppm bleach sanitizer is available with wiping cloths
- Small cooler has been defrosted is now maintaining 4C or less
