Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1 large square insert of cooked chicken and 1 large square insert of cooked beef stored adjacent to the grill area at room temperature. product measured 20.1C and 22.4C respectively. Operator had made it for the lunch rush and did not put it away. (>2 hours prior)
Corrective Action(s): discarded. ensure that all hot potentially hazardous foods are stored >60C at all times.
