Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Can openers (hand held and table mounted) observed to have dried food debris covering blade.
**Corrected during inspection** Equipment took to sink for cleaning when identified.
Educate staff that all equipment needs to be cleaned. Refer to approved sanitation plans.

Observation: 1. *REPEAT* (Since Sept 20, 2022) Staff entrance / back door appeared to be in poor condition. Light observed coming from all sides and along floor.

2. Mop pail and pails observed to be filled with water.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Door needs to be properly resealed so light is not observed to be leaking in from the outside. Weather strips and door seal needs to be replaced.

2. Mop pails need to be emptied after use to prevent pest harbourage point.
