Observation: 1) Many food items in walk in cooler were observed to be stored without covers. Items such as meat, beans and vegetables were measured to be at 4 deg C but unprotected from contamination
2) Sticky tape for trapping flies was observed to be located above the dishwashing area above where clean dishes would exit the dishwasher
Corrective Action(s): 1) Provide covers for foods stored in coolers to prevent contamination
2) Remove sticky tape and place above areas where clean and sanitized dishes will not be placed to prevent contamination
