Routine inspection conducted with the presence of the owner.

All the display coolers, walk in cooler (dairy and produce) temperature < or = 4C
All the chest freezers and upright freezers < -18C.

Overall sanitation was satisfactory.
Hand sink and staff washroom fully equipped with hand soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water.
2 compartment sink available for cleaning and sanitation.
No food processing onsite at time of inspection.
Food for mobile cart (outside) purchased from restaurant as per approved plans.

All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All the bulk foods well organized in dispensers on retail floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

Randomly checked Best Before Dates of the nuts, no expired food observed.
The rolling receiving door closed tight, no gap on the bottom.
No pest activity observed during inspection.
