-Discussed with staff on site that one sink at the front must be available for hand washing at all times.
FoodSafe Level 1 refresher course reminder handout provided to the operator.
-Ensure that hand washing soap is available at the back hand sink. Currently,dish soap is only available.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm.
No evidence of pests.
Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 71 C at the plate level.
