Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures all within requirement; Hot-holding temperatures within requirement.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 72.2'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-200ppm QUAT available in spray bottles. Ensure all staff are trained to add correct amount of sanitizer in each bottle. Label all bottles.
-Food storage practice satisfactory. Back storage area satisfactory.
-No evidence of pest activity observed. Washrooms satisfactory.
-Ventilation canopy hood overdue for cleaning. Already booked for next Tuesday. OK.
-General maintenance and sanitation level throughout good. However, floor at the back by the dishwashing area could be cleaned on a more regular basis.

NOTE: Operator may remove wall in kitchen to expand. Ensure to submit 3 copies of floorplan layout with information about finishes to the health inspector for approval.
NOTE: Front drink cooler had ambient air temperature ~9'C. Only cans are stored in this unit. Do not store potentially hazardous food in this unit.
