Overall premise is clean & well-maintained. Under-counter dishwasher had 100ppm chlorine. Main dishwasher reached 71 Degrees Celsius at plate level as per min/max thermometer. Fridges are < 4 Degrees Celsius and well-organized. Hand sinks are stocked, working. Sanitizer is 200 ppm quats.
