Follow up from last inspection:

Ventilation Hood area appears cleaner, less noticeable grease.
-Grills and fryer area are most frequently used, may need to increase frequency of cleaning or scheduled service if this continues to be an issue

Faucets and Leaks
-All faucets appear to be fixed
-Outside faucet no longer flowing water continuously
-Ice machine no longer leaking; floors inside dry storage are not slippery or wet, thank you.
-Minimal water on floor at front servery

Dishwashing area
-Overhead lights appear clean and free of debris
-Dishwashing area appears cleaner than last inspection
-Some debris under clean racks from adjacent dirty pots and pans

Cleaning staff: Outdoor area has some litter and debris - clean back area and maintain clean.
Dishwashing staff: must ensure that dirty pots and pans do not splash dirty water onto clean dishes.
General Manager: to come up with a long term plan to ensure there is one way flow of dishes.
