Routine inspection: Permit to operate posted 2 compartment sink available for use. Liquid soap and paper towels provided. 3 door cooler at 3-4 degrees C. Paan ingredients stored in clean containers. Paan preparation done behind glass barrier. Bleach sanitizer solution available for use in spray bottle. Reminder to dilute 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Storage area clean and organized.
