Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Creamers were stored in inserts at 13C.

Use a larger insert tray to store creamers so adequate amount of ice can be added to maintain 4C or colder.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer solution in spray bottle was too strong (>200ppm).

Solution was remade at time of inspection to measure 200ppm. Please ensure bleach solution is 100-200ppm.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink was obstructed at start of inspection. Bag of food waste was stored in the basin, garbage bin and compost bin placed in front of the sink so it could not be accessed.

Obstructions were removed at time of inspection. Handwash station must be accessible at all times. Discussed relocating bins to a different location.

Observation: Sandwich prep cooler had air temperature of 7.3C. Stored inside at the time were: bagels, pita bread, sliced banana and poppyseed loaves, whole avocados, single packets of fruit jam, mayonnaise and dijon mustard.

All potentially hazardous food items were relocated to second prep cooler that was maintaining 1C.
Corrective Action(s): Service prep cooler so it can maintain 4C or colder at all times. Until then, all food items that were relocated must remain in the functional cooler.

**Temperature logs are not kept. Please complete a temperature log for all coolers and standup freezer for the month of January and submit to district EHO.

General:
> High temperature dishwasher achieved final rinse temperature of 71.9C; verified by thermolabel.
> Handsink supplied with hot+cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
> No signs of pests at time of inspection.
> General sanitation satisfactory.
> Operator provided new FOODSAFE certification - valid until: November 2, 2026.

Signature not obtained due to COVID protocols. Report reviewed with operator on site.
