-Quats test strips expired in October, 2018 and in March, 2019. Replace and test daily. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. No evidence of pests. Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm. Hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. General sanitation was satisfactory.\
