320 - Non critical single use items are not discarded after use Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Various single use items being used more than once. 1)signs of double dipping of wax sticks 2)Observed used nail buffer in drawer - staff indicated nail buffer was for personal use 3)Observed used cotton balls in eyebrow powder - signs that it is re-used 4)Staff indicated that paraffin wax is used on multiple clients - not changed between clients. Corrective Action(s): Ensure all single use items are only used once and immediately discarded after use. Operater indicated they will nbo longer be using paraffin wax Violation Score: 9
