Health Rationale: Food contact surfaces not adequately sanitized increases the risk of potential pathogen growth/survival and/or toxin development, leading to potential foodborne illness.
Corrective Action:
Staff replaced sanitizer station at the time of inspection. (concentration was verified to be at 200ppm QUATs. Ensure all food contact surfaces are properly sanitized.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed the liquid soap dispenser at the back handsink to be empty.

Improperly supplied handsinks increase the risk of improper handwashing, which may lead to potential cross-contamination and potential foodborne illness.
Corrective Actions:
Staff refilled soap dispenser at the time of inspection. Ensure all handsinks are adequately supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels at all times.

High temp dishwasher measured at 72C on plate surface during final rinse cycle.
*Note: dishwasher was off at the time of inspection. Dishwasher ran 3 warm kup cycles before being ready for operation.

Sanitation:
Front handsink and public washrooms supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Utensils and equipment are clean and sanitary.
Blender jugs are cleaned and sanitized every 2 hours.
3 compartment sink with sink plugs available for manual warewashing.
Sanitizer dispenser measured at 200ppm QUATs.
QUATs test strips available on site.
No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
