Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher measured 0 ppm chlorine at the time of inspection. Ran several cycles but still produced 0 ppm chlorine at the dish surface
Corrective Action(s): Technician called at the time of inspection. Machine was able to sanitize dishware at 100 ppm chlorine by the end of the inspection.
ENSURE that the sanitizer concentration is tested twice daily and recorded. Managers must audit records.

-walk-in cooler area handsink did not have paper towels
-dishwashing area handsink did not have liquid soap

Ensure that all handsinks are stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water at all times.

-raw burger patties stored directly on undercounter freezer shelf. patties had thawed due to the freezer being -1C and was molded onto the wire shelf
-ice scoop stored in ice well at the server station
Corrective Action(s): Burger patty was discarded and shelf cleaned. Ice scoop was also washed. Do not keep ice scoops in the ice well
