Rice cooker has been replaced.
Observed proper storage practices in the walk in cooler.

Proper dishwashing is being done - the 3 compartment sink was filled with soap and water in one sink, and sanitizer in a separate sink.
**Ensure that rice spoon and meat serving tongs are being washed frequently.
