Sanitizer was available in 3rd compartment and in spray bottles at 200 ppm Quats. Staff members have test strips on site available to test concentration. Ensure to have thermometer in prep cooler at ALL times, temperature gun is not sufficient on its own. The thermometer must also be present. Staff member will send picture of FoodSafe certificate to: Alexander.Lui@fraserhealth.ca As discussed, for any FoodSafe certificates issued before 2013, you will need to go to FoodSafe.ca and take the online level 1 refresher course.
