Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach solution in spray bottle measured above 200ppm Chlorine causing test strip to bleach out. Staff immediately replaced bottle with a solution that measured 100ppm Chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure a measured bleach solution is prepared that is not above 200ppm Chlorine as this may cause contamination and damage to food contact surfaces.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towels stored outside of dispenser were observed to be soiled. Staff voluntarily disposed of those paper towels and replaced them with new ones, inside of the dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the hand wash sink is always supplied with clean paper towels

Routine inspection conducted
- Hand wash stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water
- All coolers measured at 4C
- Freezer units measured at -18C
- High temperature dishwasher achieves 71C at plate level
- Bleach sanitizer for food contact surfaces is adequate after correction
- Dry storage is good
- No signs of pest activity
