Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pastries with bean filling and cream inside them were stored at ambient temperature.

Do not store any food items (pastries and/or buns) (e.g. with meat filling, vegetable filling, egg filling, cream filling, cheese filling, and/or bean filling) above 4 degrees C until it is proven by laboratory testing that these food items are shelf stable (Water activity < 0.85 and pH <4.6). Ensure this is followed to avoid any further enforcement action. A copy of the previous food safety plan was provided to the operator.
