307 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not of suitable design/material [s. 16; s. 19]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A small hose was yet again connecting the dipper-well faucet to the well/sink without an air-gap present.
Corrective Action(s): As previously discussed, there must be an air-gap present between any faucet and sink/well to prevent potential accidental backflow of contaminated water to the water supply system. Hose was detached from the dipper-well faucet at time of inspection. Do not use this hose attacment. REPEAT VIOLATION. Future non-compliance may result in further enforcement action(s) being taken, such as the issuance of Orders and violation tickets.
Correct by: Immeidately and on-going.
Violation Score: 9
