Comments

- Food contact surfaces, including the ice machine, the noodle maker, scoops for dry ingredients and the meat slicer, are maintained in a sanitary manner.
- General sanitation has improved.
- Sanitizer bottle & bucket are labelled clearly. 100ppm chlorine residual detected.
- Freezers have been de-frosted and cleaned.
- Raw meats are stored on the bottom shelf and away from other food products in the walk-in cooler.
- The operator has started a temperature log.
- The main cook is to take a refresher FOODSAFE course.
