Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CR3VCN: - Surface sanitizer available in red designated bins at 200ppm QUAT concentration. - Fraser Health Operating Permit replacement order has been made. Invoice available. Please post the Operating Permit in a conspicuous area once arrived in the mail. - Paper towel dispenser has been fixed at the main handwashing station. The main handwashing station is fully stocked. * The middle handwashing sink has been removed. There are two additional handwashing stations in the kitchen. For future equipment updates, contact the health department prior to any work.
