Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating below 4'C; freezers operating at/below -18'C. - Temperature monitoring system in place. - Hot holding units operating above 60'C. - Scoops (i.e. ice machine/hot holding) stored in proper manner. - High temperature dishwasher achieved 77.4'C at the plate level after final rinse. - 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles and at automated dispenser. - General food storage practice satisfactory throughout. - Professional pest control company contracted. Traps in place. General maintenance and sanitation of the facility is very good except areas mentioned above. Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
