Handwash stations, including washrooms, were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units and cold wells were holding food at 4C or below.
Freezer unit was holding food at -18C.
Hot hold unit was holding hot food above 60C.
All food stored in the proper storage hierarchy, organized, protected and off the floor.
General cleanliness satisfactory.
200 ppm QUAT detected in the sanitizer bucket. 400 ppm QUAT detected on the wall mounted QUAT dispenser.
No signs of pest noted during the inspection.

** Note: Ceiling tile above the upright freezer in the back of house was removed due to leaking that was observed from recent weather condition. As per operator and staff, ceiling is no longer leaking and landlord is aware of issue and has plan to fix the leakage. No leaking was observed at the time of inspection. Discussed with staff that if leaking is observed before the ceiling is fixed, do not prepare or store food nearby that could result in contamination of food. Staff understood. **

Inspection results communicated to operator by phone. Report will be emailed to the operator.
