Follow up inspection the result of ongoing rodent infestation:
- All items have been removed from lower shelves including under dishwashing area, prep area, grill line and wait station and areas continue to be unused - Due to lack of rodent droppings observed today the facility can use bottom shelves for storage
- Pest Technician report reviewed with General Manager
- High levels of cleaning and sanitizing occurring
- Bar area in good sanitary condition - continues to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized


ITEMS TO COMPLETE:
- Continue to clean and sanitize lower shelves on an ongoing basis
- EHO observed Back fire door (EAST DOOR) requires extension of door sweeps to ensure tight fit to prevent against the entry of pests. This area has been highlighted by Pest Technician on most recent inspection - work order issued for area
- Ice machine area has spray foam insulation which Pest Technician has highlighted as area which requires more permanent solution
- Front door as not tight fitting and a potential source of entry for rodents - work order issued for area
- Continue to employ services of Pest Control company and ensure recommendations are followed. At each service ensure a member of the Management team discusses results of inspection with Pest Technician.
- Front booths identified as a potential source of infestation by Pest Technician - work order issued for area
- Discuss holes in ceiling in pop area with Pest Technician. Rodent droppings observed on higher equipment in this area. Determine if holes in ceiling could be source of entry.

Rodent infestation ongoing. Sanitation of facility has greatly improved. Continue to maintain high level of sanitation.
