- Routine inspection conducted.
- All hand washing stations were accessible/unobstructed and properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels.
- Food prep sink was in use for lettuce at time of inspection. Maintained in sanitary condition.
- Quat sanitizer solution available in sanitizer pails and from dispenser at 200 ppm. Test strips available for monitoring.
- Triple-sink available for manual warewashing maintained in sanitary condition. Sink drain stoppers available for use.
- All coolers measured 4C or less.
- Freezer temperatures satisfactory.
- No hot-holding at time of inspection. Operator was cooking chicken skewers and reheating rice for hot-holding during inspection. Hot-holding units/warmers were properly preheated.
- Accurate thermometers available. Temperature records available.
- Good food storage practices noted. All food stored properly covered/protected from contamination, with good separation between raw and ready-to-eat items.
- Calamari station satisfactory at time of inspection. Only a small portion of calamari available in insert for room temperature holding during busy rushes. Good.
- Equipment and utensils maintained in sanitary conditions. Vegetable slicers stored on clean equipment rack were noted to be clean and free of any old food residue - good.
- General sanitation good.
- Dry storage areas satisfactory. All items stored off the floor.
- Regular pest control servicing in place. No signs of pest activity noted.
- Staff onsite had FoodSafe level 1 or equivalent.
