Complaint Received from customer September 27, 2019 who ordered a multi-item plate in the afternoon. Customer alleged fried rice smelled and tasted spoiled when sharing plate of food with family and requested a new serving of noodles as a replacement. Discussed complaint with manager. Manager aware of complaint, indicated customer complained of rice is too dry and didn't like the smell. No other related complaints received. 15 to 20 batches of fried rice are prepared daily. Reviewed rice processing procedures with manager, rice prepared following foodsafe standards. Rice leftovers are not retained for later use. |
