Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chicken empanadas were stored in a container outside of a hot holding unit with an internal temperature of 36 C, and one of the inserts in the hot holding unit had a beef dish with an internal temperature of 38 C.
Corrective Action(s): Both were discarded.
