Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Several sprouted and rotten potatoes observed in back area.
Corrective Action(s): Discarded. Ensure to check quality of food products on a regular basis. Check for freshness in vegetables/fruits and best before dates for packaged foods.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed staff place raw burger patty by bare hand onto grill then without adequate hand washing place buns into toaster.
Corrective Action(s): Buns discarded. Ensure after handling raw potentially hazardous foods hands are thoroughly washed with warm water and liquid soap. Dry hands with single use paper towels. Alternatively use tongs to place raw burger patty onto grill.

Observation: Milk in small carton internal food product temperature 22 degrees C observed stored in insert at preparation cooler. Raw marinated chicken in lower section of preparation cooler internal food product temperatures 15 degrees C.
Corrective Action(s): Advised by operator that the preparation cooler is turned off over the weekend and turned back when resuming operation. Ensure cooler is at or below 4 degrees C prior to storing cold potentially hazardous foods. Above noted items discarded.

Observation: At the time of inspection no bleach sanitizer solution available for use in the front and back food prepration areas.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure during operation a 100ppm bleach or 200ppm quats sanitizer solution is availble for use at all times. Store all wiping cloths in this solution when not in use.

- raw shell eggs stored above vegetables in the walk in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food is protected from contamination at all times. Cover food containers with saran wrap or a tight fitting lid. Store all raw potentially hazardous food products below ready to eat foods/vegetables. Store all food at least 6" off the floor. Correct immediately.

Observation: Kenmore upright freezer next to deli slicer ambient air temperature 0 degrees C. Signifcant ice buildup observed inside especially in upper section.
Corrective Action(s): Defrost the Kenmore freezer. Correct by September 19, 2017.

Observation: Numerous cardboard trays/boxes and plastic food containers observed store throughout premise.
Corrective Action(s): Discard all cardboard trays and boxes. Keep to a minimum plastic food containers. Remove all unnecessary items and de-clutter premise. Correct by September 29, 2017.
