-Garbage bag covering raw meat directly
-A few raw meats and raw shelled eggs above ready-to-eat foods in Walk-in cooler

-Once food cans are open empty out the leftovers into washable containers
-Do not use garbage bags in direct contact with foods -they are not food grade
