Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer in spray bottle measured 0 ppm of Quats. Main dispenser was checked and was also dispensing 0 ppm. The sanitizer container was full but there was an air bubble in the hose line.
Corrective Action(s): Replaced capillary tip and air bubble was flushed out. Quats sanitizer was measured at >200 ppm.

Observation: Some fluorescent lights in the back area and storage area have burnt out.
Corrective Action(s): More lighting is required in the back and storage area. Replace all burnout fluorescent lights to ensure appropriate lighting is being met as per health requirement.

Hand wash station provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Walk-in freezer registered at -20 deg C.
Walk-in cooler registered at 2-4 deg C.
Prep line cooler was at 2-3 deg C.
Sandwich prep cooler- deli meat was at 4.2 deg C; olives at 4.4 deg C.
-Very busy at time of inspection. Lid of the sandwich prep cooler was left open as staff were making sandwiches.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
Beverage cooler was at 4 deg C.
Dry storage area - food and food-related items were stored off the floor.
Employees were wearing clean uniforms and hair restraint.
General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection.
Washrooms were in sanitary condition at time of inspection.
No signs of pests were observed during inspection.
