Facility has been thoroughly cleaned. Refrigerators and freezers have been moved back from walls and cleaned under/behind them.
Low temperature dishwasher measured 100 ppm chlorine at the dish surface (repaired)
Grill area handsink has been repaired to supply hot water - good
Most areas noted in previous inspection that had rodent droppings have been cleaned up - good
Pest control service has serviced the unit, report was reviewed with operator at the time of inspection
Operator has developed at cleaning schedule and dishwasher sanitizer and fridge temperature log - good
