Introduction

An unscheduled follow-up inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP).

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

At the follow-up inspection dated Feb. 20, 2024 there were 8 children, 1 staff and 2 volunteers present. The manager was also on-site and assisted with the inspection. This report was reviewed with the facility manager during the inspection.

Licensing determined today that the contraventions identified on routine inspection report #MZIN-D28VUZ have all been addressed.
