Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. White mold-like matter observed on black ledge and brown mold-like matter on inside of of ice machine (inside walk-in cooler).
2. Deli slicer generally in good condition but some food debris still observed in hard to reach areas.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Directed staff to discard all ice and sanitize interior of machine at time. Premises has bagged ice sale on liquor store side.
2. Directed staff to sanitize areas at time. For future cleaning, must use a scrub brush or towel to get at hard to reach spots.
