Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A number of hazardous food items were found left out:
- delivered meat and fish products in boxes
- fish tikka which had been "cooling" in the back room
- thawing chicken bags
- peeled potatoes
- a number of prepared samosas under grill
Corrective Action(s): All products have been moved to walk in cooler.

Observation: 1) A number of rags were found left out of sanitizer solution
- always store your wiping rags in sanitizer bucket provided
2) Used aluminum cans getting used as dry goods scoops
- never reuse food cans. Use proper scoops with handles for dispensing food products out of larger bins.
3) Condenser run-off water is currently being used to presoak dishes
- condenser water must go straight to waste. Remove the bucket catching this water
4) Employee shoes getting stored on food shelves
- store outerwear in a designated area away from food and utensils
5) Garbage bags (black) are being used as food contact surfaces
- never use garbage bags for food storage as they are processed from non-food grade plastics, and often contain anti-odour chemicals which are not safe for consumption

Walk in cooler has been moved from front of kitchen to back. An updated floor plan (original, as per 2013) has been emailed to EHO during inspection
Temperature measured at 4C
Dishwasher reached 50ppm chlorine sanitizer residual
