Observation: Milk and egg (perishable product) cooler (cooler #4) measured at 7.5 C to 8 C. Must be less than 4 C at all times.
Correction: Move products in this cooler into Cooler #3 until such time as unit is repaired or adjusted to keep product at 4 C at all times.
Follow up inspection on report date noted.

Cooler #4 - currently empty. Measured temperature at 7.5 C. Must be 4 C or less if plan is to keep potentially hazardous foods in unit.
Cooler #5 - Currently empty. Measured at 8.5 C. Temperature gauge observed at less than 4 C.** Make sure to replace gauge and ensure unit is keeping food less than 4 C. at all times.
Please confirm in email that units are working and keeping proper temperature.

All other cooling units less than 4 C, including walk-in cooler in the back.
Double sink and area looks well organized.

Some flies noted, but not food production taking place. Make sure to keep any fly tape away form food production areas.
