Observation: Side hand sink in front preparation area lacked liquid soap.
Corrective Action(s): Refill liquid soap. Ensure all hand sinks are fully supplied (with hot+cold water, liquid soap and paper towels) at all times.

Observation: Significant amount of fruit flies noted in back area by dishpit and donuts station. Fruit flies also appeared to be coming out of the trash bin and floor drain.
Corrective Action(s): Continue to follow recommendations by pest control for reducing fruit flies. Ensure all items that may be attracting fruit flies are removed, relocated and/or covered.

Observation: Floor by dishpit area in the back was sticky. Appeared to be attracting or contributing to the presence of fruit flies.
Corrective Action(s): Apply a degreaser to remove hard or sticky substances before cleaning and sanitizing. This will help to minimize the presence of fruit flies.

Observation: 2 wired trays for holding baked items stored on drying rack appeared covered in black residue. Residue appeared to be burnt debris from overuse of trays.
Corrective Action(s): Remove black residue or discard and replace trays entirely.

- Milk/creamer dispenser: 1C (only 1 unit was in use at time of inspection)

- 2 of 3 handsinks supplied with hot+cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
- 1 of 3 handsinks lacked liquid soap (see above violation).
- 200-400ppm quats sanitizer available from dispenser at 2 compartment sink.
- Sanitizer solution also available in sanitizer buckets throughout facility - wiping cloths submerged.
- Donuts, bagels and muffins in display cabinet are time stamped; all leftovers are discarded.
- All stored items were off the floor.
- Food in coolers/freezers were protected from contamination.
- Pest control devices from Orkin are noted on site.
